2. Services Provided
HFR Stone and Tile Inc specializes in custom stone fabrication and high-precision tile installation. This includes countertops, large format tile, fireplace surrounds, shower systems, architectural stone features, and flooring projects.
3. Estimates, Quotes & Proposals
All quotes are based on initial measurements and specifications provided by the client. Final pricing is subject to on-site verification and material selection. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Project Changes & Approvals
Any changes to the scope of work after the project has commenced must be approved through a formal change order. Changes may result in adjustments to both the final price and the project timeline.
5. Payments & Invoices
A deposit is required to secure materials and schedule fabrication. Progress payments may be required for long-term projects. Final payment is due upon successful completion of the installation as outlined in the proposal.
6. Site Visits & Safety
Clients must ensure that the work site is accessible and safe for our technicians. We adhere to strict safety protocols during installation. HFR Stone and Tile Inc is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or hazardous site conditions.
7. Materials, Stone & Tile Variations
Natural stone is a product of nature and will contain variations in color, texture, and veining. These characteristics are not defects but part of the stone's unique beauty. Tile batches may also vary slightly in caliber and shade.
8. Warranties & Limitations
We offer a one-year warranty on our installation craftsmanship. Material warranties are provided by the respective stone slab or tile manufacturers. Damage caused by improper maintenance or structural movement is excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
HFR Stone Tile Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.
